Policies: • Deposit: $10 non-refundable deposit required at booking, applied to your service. • Cancellations: 25% fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. • Late Arrivals: 15-minute grace period, then $1/min late fee (up to 15 minutes). After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled. • Off-Hours Appointments: Requests on closed days or outside business hours will incur a $25 fee. • Guests: Only clients receiving services may attend. Exceptions for parents. • Payments: Balance payable via Zelle, card, or cash ONLY. If you must use cash app, there will be a $2 processing fee added to your total.
