Policies: • Deposit: $10 non-refundable deposit required at booking, applied to your service. • Cancellations: 25% fee for no-shows or cancelations within 24 hours. • Late Arrivals: 15-minute grace period, then $1/min late fee (up to 15 minutes). After 30 minutes, the appointment is canceled. • Off-Hours Appointments: Requests on closed days or outside business hours will incur a $25 fee. • Guests: Only clients receiving services may attend. Exceptions for parents. • Payments: Balance payable via Zelle, card, or cash ONLY. If you must use cash app, there will be a $2 processing fee added to your total. Mobile Service Policies: • A mobile convenience fee will be added to all mobile appointments and varies based on travel distance. • Clients must provide adequate space, seating, and access to a nearby outlet. • Parking fees, tolls, or extended travel may result in additional charges. • Mobile appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. • To maintain timing for all clients, please be prepared at the scheduled appointment time.
